NEO has used its ergonomic expertise in paragliding and mountaineering backpacks to finally offer a roll-top backpack with exceptional back support that respects the lumbar curve. The roll-top closure system allows you to easily adjust the volume of the backpack to suit your needs. 2 side zips for easy access without unrolling the roll top. Aluminum buckles which are unbreakable. The matt polycarbonate coating on the fabric ensures durability. Available in two sizes:

20 liters expandable to 25 L.
30 liters expandable to 35 L.

When hiking or mountaineering, i.e. when carrying a rucksack, you should carry 20 to 30 % of its weight on your hips In climbing mode, some people prefer to be free in their movements and favor access to the harness. NEO has therefore chosen to make the CLIMB hip belt easily removable. The belt is ergonomic and very well equipped:

1 zipped pocket
aluminum buckles
ice axe holder
carabiner and quickdraw holder (another gear loop is easily accessible on the shoulder strap if the belt is removed).

Fibre glass frame

The frame of NEO’s CLIMB bag is made of fiberglass, which saves a great deal of weight compared to conventional mountain backpacks, and provides a frame for roll tops which generally have none.

This reinforcement can’t be felt or seen, but it makes for undeniable carrying comfort and ease of use. The flexibility of fiberglass makes it possible to work with ergonomic shapes and adapt to the shape of the back.

Fiberglass also makes for a slimmer bag: a thicker bag tilts the load towards the back, making it heavier to carry.

Fiberglass gives the right balance between flexibility, rigidity and lightness, which are essential to a good shape for ergonomic carrying.

Made for climbers

The CLIMB has been specifically designed and developed for climbers. Son volume et sa fermeture “roll top” s’adapte au contenu du sac qui peut beaucoup varié en escalade. The rope can be carried inside or outside the bag. Carabiner holders, quickdraws, tools, pole holder, helmet holder, removable belt… everything is designed to make the climbing experience easy. Anti-abrasion fabric ensures that the bag will age well in rocky environments.
