NEO has created its own WOMEN FIT technology: a carrying design specifically tailored to the female body shape.
It is obvious that the morphology of women and men is very different.
This observation is particularly relevant when it comes to carrying backpacks.
Women have shorter backs than men and longer legs. Their backs are also narrower. The shape of their shoulders, waist, and hips also differs significantly. The curve of their lower back is more pronounced, and of course, their chest has a huge impact on how well they carry a backpack.
We therefore design back sections, ventilation systems, shoulder straps, and waist belts specifically for our backpack models, offering women dedicated models. The height of the chest strap is adjustable.
The difference in body shape does not affect the size. Whatever the person’s height, our WOMEN FIT technology adapts to all sizes.
At NEO, female specificity is a technical reality, not just a color code.
Drawing on our technical roots in mountaineering and paragliding, our backpacks are designed with practicality and ease of use in mind. The full front opening allows for quick and easy loading, whether you’re packing a paraglider or all your technical gear.
The dual zipper system allows you to easily access the bottom of the bag, even when it is fully loaded.
RECCO® is a rescue technology used by emergency rescue teams to help locate individuals buried in avalanches or lost in remote wilderness areas, such as dense forests.
It serves as an additional safety tool, offering peace of mind during your alpine adventures.

The NEO Hike is designed to easily carry bulky gear. Snowshoes and a helmet can be securely attached to the top or front of the pack for quick access and stable load distribution while moving.
For the 30 L and 45 L versions, adjustable aluminum hook straps are included to attach extra volume underneath the bag, such as a tent or a sleeping mat.
Optional: helmet/snowshoe attachment.
The NEO Hike backpack is water-repellent and can withstand several hours of moderate to heavy rain.
For extended hikes in the rain, we recommend using a waterproof cover to ensure optimal waterproofing and allow your gear to dry more quickly once you are sheltered.
