The ventilation system is innovative in several ways
– it provides ventilation for your back during exercise, and a cooling sensation when you wear a light layer of clothing on your skin.
– it’s ergonomic: unlike other ventilated underwires, the NEO underwire moulds to the shape of your loins.
– as the curvature of a woman’s kidney is more pronounced than that of a man’s, the shape of the structure is designed specifically for women.
– the ventilation system does not encroach on the interior volume of the bag.
The NEO Mountain bag’s fiberglass frame saves a lot of weight compared to conventional mountain backpacks on the market.
The flexibility of fiberglass has enabled us to work out ergonomic shapes and to integrate the bag’s innovative ventilation system.

A pocket is specially designed to hold the ultra-light Kororyd Propack protection and optimize its effectiveness. Weighing only 150 g, the Propack is barely noticeable, and the bag remains comfortable.
NEO protectors use Koroyd technology for ultra-light, innovative impact protection. The Koroyd tubes instantly and consistently deform on impact, absorbing maximum force in a controlled manner, minimizing the energy transferred to your back.

Robust materials: Ripstop Dyneema, high-tenacity polyamide, fiberglass and aluminum buckles.
The technical collaboration between the Catalan textile manufacturer IBQ and NEO has made it possible to develop a Ripstop Dyneema fabric on a high tenacity Polyamide base, all coated with Polyurethane. This highly technical fabric combines all the characteristics required for lightweight outdoor products:
-Highly resistant to tearing and abrasion
– Little stretch
– No deformation
– Lightly soiled and washable (max. 30° C)
– Very light
– Best compromise between durability and lightness
RECCO is a technology used by organized rescue teams as an additional tool to find people buried in avalanches or lost in the wilderness more quickly.
The bag is equipped with a Booomtag chip. This is an NFC chip (proximity communication system for smartphones) that contains information about the product and enables product ownership to be registered.
